


about DALINC
The Dubuque Area Library Information Consortium (DALINC) is a 501 (c) (3) organization that exists to encourage, coordinate, and develop programs and services for librarians and other professionals in order for libraries to meet the educational, informational, and recreational needs of their communities.
Membership
DALINC is open to libraries and educational/governmental organizations in the Iowa, Wisconsin, and Illinois Tri-State area for membership, including public, school (K-12), and higher education institutions, as well as specialized/medical/legal libraries committed to community service, fostering collaboration for shared resources and learning
2026-2027 DALINC members includes 6 public libraries, and 7 academic libraries, 1 special library, and 1 school library system. Business meetings and social gatherings are held bimonthly.
Community Impact
DALINC orchestrates and supports initiatives like the Dubuque Area History Expo and Dubuque County Reads, promoting local heritage, literacy, and lifelong learning.
